<br />Resolution No. PC-96-14 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />PUD-96-01 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />I. The subject property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) - C-S/O (Service <br />CommerciaVOffice) district and, except as noted below, development of the property <br />shall conform to the site development standards of the C-S (Service Commercial) district. <br /> <br />2. The uses for the subject development shall be: <br /> <br />a. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses ofthe C-S District as defined <br />under Section 18.44.050 and Table 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />b. General and Special Trade Contractor's offices provided that materials, tools, or <br />equipment are stored only within an approved building; no outdoor storage is <br />permitted. <br /> <br />c. Professional and Business Services and Consultants including but not limited to: <br /> <br />computer services including prepackaged software, integrated systems design, <br />data preparation, and processing, programming, and facilities management <br />engineering, environmental, city and regional planning, architectural, landscape, <br />and interior design services <br />direct sales services <br />professional recruitment and referral services <br />land surveyors <br />professional writing, typing, and resume services <br />graphic designers <br />adjusters, appraisers, and estimators <br />drafting services <br />data bank and library research services <br />telemarketing research and selling services <br />telephone calling, soliciting, and interviewing services <br />consumer survey servIces <br />construction consultants including but not limited to estimating, management, and <br />scheduling <br />archaeologists <br />arborists and horticultural consultants <br />answering bureaus and services <br />commercial artist, fine artist, and photographer's studio and darkroom with a <br />conditional use permit <br />non-profit organization office <br /> <br />_._--~--_.,--_..---- ---,---- <br />
