The subject property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) - C-S/O (Service <br />CommerciaVOffice) district and, except as noted below, development of the property <br />shall conform to the site development standards of the C-S (Service Commercial) district. <br /> <br />2. The uses for the subject development shall be: <br /> <br />a. All permitted and conditionally permitted uses ofthe C-S District as defined <br />under Section 18.44.050 and Table 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />b. General and Special Trade Contractor's offices provided that materials, tools, or <br />equipment are stored only within an approved building; no outdoor storage is <br />permitted. <br /> <br />c.
