<br />Resolution No. PC-96-10 <br />Page 17 <br /> <br />62. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br />improvement plans. Gray water shall be used for dust control or grading <br />activities. This water may be obtained from the Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District (DSRSD) Waste Water Treatment Plant at 7399 Johnson Drive, <br />Pleasanton, unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Utilities. Lii:htini:. Landscapin~ <br /> <br />63. All on-site utilities (water, sanitary sewer, storm drain) shall be private and shall <br />be maintained by the property-owner. To the greatest extent possible, all on-site <br />utility main lines shall be located in a drive aisle. The minimum size of water and <br />sanitary sewer mains shall be eight inches (S"), unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />64. The storm drainage from each building shall be directed to the street or an <br />approved storm drain system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) <br />of the 1988 Uniform Building Code unless otherwise approved by the Building <br />Official and City Engineer. <br /> <br />65. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, the project shall utilize existing <br />utilities stubbed to the site from Owens Drive. To the greatest extent possible, the <br />developer shall avoid creating new stub-outs from the existing utility lines in <br />Owens Drive. Any existing utilities stubbed to the site and not utilized by the <br />project shall be required to be abandoned at the direction of the City Engineer (see <br />Condition 67). <br /> <br />66. All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall <br />be installed underground, unless otherwise determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />67. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, Cable <br />television, and any required alarm systems shall be installed underground in a <br />joint utility trench unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer or <br />Director of Building Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br />On-Site Operations <br /> <br />6S. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City <br />Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />69. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to <br />the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if <br />deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />
