The effective date for the Planning Commission's approval of the tentative maps shall <br />occur concurrently with the effective date of Ordinance No. 1672 for PUD-81-30-60D. <br /> <br />13. All buildings shall be equipped with integral air conditioning systems. <br /> <br />14. Window assemblies shall have an STC rating of25 or better. <br />
