The applicant shall submit a site plan and elevations for six bicycle stalls in the general <br />vicinity of the subject business for review and approval by the Planning Director. Said <br />bicycle stalls shall be installed within 30 days of commencement of the proposed use. <br /> <br />9. Business employees shall enforce the 10:00 p.m. City curfew for minors. Minors, <br />unaccompanied by an adult are not allowed to stay within the structure nor loiter outside <br />of the business after 10:00 p.m.. In addition, business employees shall not allow <br />school-age children to play or operate the computers during the time the children are <br />required to be in school. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall maintain the area around the tenant space in a neat and orderly <br />manner and is responsible for ensuring that loitering of patrons of the establishment in the <br />building or parking lot does not occur. <br />
