The <br />proposed three-year agreement with Terra Landscape is for a not-to-exceed amount of <br />$547,651 with a cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $152,847 for fiscal year (FY) 2025/26 <br />(September to June), $192,588 for FY 2026/27, and $202,216 for FY 2027/28. All annual not- <br />to-exceed amounts are inclusive of a 15 percent contingency. If the agreement is extended for <br />the two optional years, the cost of each one-year term may increase only by the Consumer <br />Price Index for the San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose Metropolitan Area (all items index; all <br />urban consumers) for the 12-month period ending in April each year as published by the <br />Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor.
