If the developer desires to market Plan 1 of Neighborhoods Two and Three as containing <br />a secondary or au pair unit, a blanket conditional use permit shall be obtained by the <br />developer prior to the issuance of a building permit for any of these units. This plan should include <br />the use of a minimum of 15% single-story units within each of the Neighborhoods Two, <br />Three, and Four. These single-story models shall be located on some corner lots and shall <br />also be dispersed throughout the neighborhood. <br />
