At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site <br />at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />34. The site shall be kept free offire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />35. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br />the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />36. The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 of <br />Title 20, Buildings and Construction, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />37. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, fire <br />hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be installed <br />and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate methods of <br />protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or modified. <br />Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, to the Fire <br />Chief Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without the approval <br />of the Fire Chief <br /> <br />38. Driplines of trees planted close to chimneys shall be at least ten (10) feet away from the <br />these chimney tops. The dripline shall be defined as the area on the ground that the tree <br />covers on attaining its mature form. <br /> <br />39. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an alarm system, <br />the type to be approved by the Police Department. This system shall be installed prior to <br />occupancy of the building. The EVA gate must allow for fire suppression and life safety <br />operation access by providing for the Knox key access in addition to the Police <br />Department requirements. <br /> <br />40. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management Practice (BMP) program for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building and/or <br />grading permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by the general contractor and all <br />subcontractors and suppliers of materials and equipment. Construction site cleanup and <br />control of construction debris shall also be addressed in this program. Failure to comply <br />with the approved construction BMP may result in the issuance of correction notices, <br />citations, or a project stop work order. <br />
