Typically, conditions, covenants, and restrictions are not enforced by the <br />City . <br /> <br />There is a resolution to amend the Purchasing Procedures and Manual in Section 3.6 Direct <br />Payment Claim Form to remove a provision that required City Manager approval for purchases <br />more than $10,000. This amendment is to maintain consistency with the approval process for <br />invoices. <br /> <br />EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY <br />Updating the Municipal Code and Purchasing Procedures and Manual furthers the City’s goals <br />of promoting equity and sustainability. For example, the update promotes equity by closing the <br />loophole that prohibited model planes in park and recreation facilities while not prohibit drones <br />or model rotorcraft allows the City to provide equitable enforcement of its code regardless of <br />the operators financial ability acquire said the aircraft.
