City Council Minutes Page 4 of 6 April 15, 2025 <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />12.Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing April 6-12, 2025 as National Crime <br />Victim's Rights Week <br />Councilmember Nibert presented the proclamation to recipient Alameda County <br />District Attorney's Office Victim Witness Division. <br />13.Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing April 2025 as Fair Housing Month <br />Councilmember Nibert presented the proclamation to recipient Bay East <br />Association of Realtors. <br />14.Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing April 2025 as Arts, Culture, and <br />Creativity Month <br />Councilmember Nibert presented the proclamation to recipients Pleasanton Art <br />League and the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council. <br />15.Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are limited to <br />3 minutes. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment. The following individuals provided comment: <br />Shiroy Choskey, Michael Weber, Deepti P., Vicki LaBarge, Guy Houston, Vivek <br />Kumar. <br />Mayor Balch closed the public comment. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br />16.Review of the Zoning Administrator's approval of a Sign Design Review Application <br />(P24-0731) to install new monument, wall, canopy, and pump signage as part of a <br />rebranding for the Gulf gas station located at 4212 First Street <br />Recommendation: Adopt a resolution upholding the Zoning Administrator’s approval of <br />Case No. P24-0731, subject to the Conditions of Approval in Attachment 1, Exhibit A. <br />Presentation by Eric Luchini, Senior Planner. <br />Presentation by the project applicant, Guy Houston. <br />Mayor Balch opened public comment.
