The calculation of residential units based on dwelling units per acre of a site in a R-1, R-M, <br />M-U, or C-C district shall be rounded down to the whole unit if under 0.9 and rounded up where <br />0.9 and over, provided that all other applicable yard, open space, bulk, and parking restrictions <br />are met. If, after dividing the area of a site in an RM, MU, or C-C district by the site area <br />required per dwelling unit, a remainder equal to or greater than 90 percent of the area required <br />for an additional dwelling unit is obtained, one additional dwelling unit may be located on the <br />site, provided that all other applicable yard, open space, bulk, and parking regulations are met. <br />Table 18.84.010 <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR ZONING DISTRICTS IN PLEASANTON <br />Page 20 of 864
