<br />Resolution No. PC-97-66 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL YES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case SPA-97-02 and <br />PUD-97-08, the application of Trumark Companies and Pine Street Properties for a <br />Specific Plan Amendment (SPA) and a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to: (1) <br />modifY the adopted Downtown Specific Plan land uses from Auto-Oriented Retail <br />(Office and Commercial Service, either floor) to Mixed Use (Office/Commercial and <br />Residential); 2) rezone the site from Planned Unit Development -- Central Commercial <br />(pUD--C-C) and Planned Unit Development -- Commercial-Service/Office <br />(PUD--C-S/Office) to Planned Unit Development -- Commercial-Service/Office!High <br />Density Residential (pUD--C-S/OIHDR); and 3) seek development plan approval to <br />construct an approximately 6,100 square foot office building with semi-subterranean <br />parking and 30 small-lot single-family detached homes located at 63, 65, and 73 Ray <br />Street, adjacent to the Alameda County Transportation Corridor. <br /> <br />Section 2. Finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3.
