<br />Resolution No. PC-97-62 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOL YES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Reconfirms its finding the proposed Amendment to the Stoneridge Regional Shopping <br />Center Development Agreement which would: (1) extend the term of the Agreement <br />for five years; (2) allow an additional development of 202,000 square feet (in addition <br />to the 178,000 square feet of approved but not yet built development) of leasable floor <br />area in additional department stores, specialty stores, and/or additional mall stores; (3) <br />establish revised minimum parking ratios; and (4) establish the owners' obligations for <br />further traffic mitigation improvements is consistent with the goals and policies of the <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2 This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF JULY 1997 BY THE FOLLOWING YOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Dove, and Lutz, and Chair Barker <br />Commissioner Kumaran <br />Commissioner Wright <br />None <br /> <br />2?~ <br /> <br />Peggy r <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Ak- ~~~ -' <br /> <br />Debra Barker I <br />Chair <br /> <br />74M~~~ <br /> <br />Michael Roush <br />City Attorney <br />
