Recommend City Council adopt a resolution updating the Master Fee Schedule Section VIII. <br />Recreation <br /> <br />Heidi Murphy, Director of Library and Recreation, and Recreation Supervisors: Nicole <br />Thomas and Jack Hettinger presented the item and answered the commissioners’ questions. <br /> <br />Chair Immadi opened public comment. Steve Morsilli provided comment. <br /> <br />Chair Immadi closed public comment. <br /> <br />Commissioners provided comments. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Brown/Alfaro to adopt the resolution updating the Master Fee <br />Schedule Section VIII. Recreation, as proposed. <br /> <br />The motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Alfaro, Brown, Deckert, Hall, Medina, Schempp and Chair <br />Immadi <br />Abstain: Commissioner Hall <br /> <br /> <br />6. Review and recommend a modified service model for the Pleasanton Pioneer Cemetery, <br />eliminating or limiting the General Fund subsidy <br /> <br />Heidi Murphy, Director of Library and Recreation, introduced Stephanie Sloane, a consultant <br />from Sloane Consulting. The consultant presented the item and answered questions from <br />commissioners. <br /> <br />Chair Immadi opened the public comments. The following individuals provided comments: <br />Roy Smith and Mary Smith. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Brown/Deckert to recommend the shift to the community amenity <br />option - the City and partner model <br /> <br />ALTERNATE MOTION: It was motioned by Chair Immadi to continue the deficit spending <br />model. There was no second to this option. <br /> <br />The motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Alfaro, Brown, Deckert, Hall, Medina and Schempp <br />Page 4 of 58
