<br />Resolution No. PC-97-38 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Additionally, the property owner/project developer acknowledges the following: <br /> <br />b. The City of Pleasanton does not guarantee that existing Level-of-Service (LOS) <br />standards will be maintained in perpetuity and that no guarantee is made by the City that <br />it will be responsible for keeping north Pleasanton streets, intersections, and freeway <br />entrance/exit ramps at LOS "D" or better. <br /> <br />c. The developer shall implement a proactive Transportation Systems Management <br />program or other measures required by the City Council which will positively mitigate <br />the project's otherwise anticipated traffic impacts. <br /> <br />8. A restriping plan for the left turn pockets on Johnson Drive shall be submitted for review <br />and approval by the Planning Director and City Engineer prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />9. No outdoor repairs or servicing of vehicles shall be conducted outside of the maintenance <br />building. <br /> <br />10. No vehicle washing shall be conducted on the site. <br /> <br />11. New or used servicing products or their containers (e.g., oil filters, motor oil containers, <br />antifreeze containers, etc.) shall not be stored outside of the maintenance building. <br /> <br />12. The applicants shall make the following modifications/revisions to the building and <br />screen walls: <br /> <br />a. A simple cornice shall be added to the top of building wall. <br /> <br />b. A simple cap or cornice shall be added to the top of the solid screen walls. <br /> <br />c. The ribbed building wall treatment shall be added to the Johnson Drive (north) <br />side of the 12 ft. tall concrete screen wall that extends from the northwest corner of the <br />building. <br /> <br />d. The roof-mounted screen walls shall match the color and material of the building <br />walls. Additionally, the height of the screen walls shall be lowered to approximately 5 or <br />6 feet. <br /> <br />e. The screen wall pilasters shall be widened by approximately one (1) foot. <br /> <br />The design of said modifications/revisions shall be submitted in conjunction with the <br />plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br />
