BUDGET

The majority of funding for this project is from TDA Article 3 grant funding for trails, using
the projected funding for the years 2004-05 and 2005-06. In order to fund the trail project in
August of 2004, funding came from the City of Alameda's and City of Pleasanton's FY 2004-
05 TDA allocation. The City of Pleasanton will then reimburse the City of Alameda with it's
anticipated FY 2005-06 TDA allocation at that time. The City's of Alameda and Pleasanton,
and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) are in concurrence with this
arrangement and have agreed in principal to these terms.

Fundm
Projected TDA Funding 2004-05 $38,627.00
Projected TDA Funding 2004-05 (City of Alameda)* $36,373.00
Callippe Preserve Golf Course and Open Space Project (CIP No. 968036) $22,535.00
Total $97,535.00

*City to reimburse City of Alameda with TDA Funds from fiscal year 2005-06.

Expenditures
Design, Construction, Training, US Forest Service
Additional Work Amendment No. 1 (Actual Costs)

$75,000.00
$22,535.00

Total $97,535.00

FISCAL IMPACT

The Callippe Preserve Golf Course and Open Space pedestrian and equestrian trail has been
designed and constructed to minimize annual maintenance cost.
