The Honorable Board of Directors <br />January 30, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />A Cooperative Agreement between ACFD and the City of Pleasanton has been drafted to outline <br />the roles and responsibilities of ACFD and the City of Pleasanton during the installation process. <br />The Agreement was approved by the Pleasanton City Council on February 4, 2025. <br />FINANCING <br />The Cooperative Agreement between ACFD and the City of Pleasanton includes provisions <br />for reimbursement to ACFD for the cost of all components and installation services in <br />Pleasanton's Fire Stations in an amount not to exceed $654,176.00.
