The term of this Agreement shall be effective when this Agreement is fully executed <br />by all parties, and this Agreement shall terminate when all the obligations for each party have <br />been fulfilled in the not -to exceed amount of $654,176. <br />DISCUSSION/SUMMARY: <br />On July 24, 2012 (Item No. 57), your Board approved an Agreement between the Alameda <br />County Fire Department (ACFD) and the City of Pleasanton for Dispatch Services with the <br />Alameda County Regional Emergency Communications Center (ACRECC). On June 6, 2017 <br />(Item No. 84), your Board approved the extension of the Agreement. On June 21, 2022 (Item <br />No. 54), your Board approved the second Agreement between ACFD and the City of <br />Pleasanton for Dispatch Services with ACRECC. <br />The current Fire Station Alerting System has reached the end of its useful life and requires <br />replacement. On February 28, 2023 (Item No. 65), your Board approved awarding the <br />contract for Pheonix G2 Station Alerting System (the "System") components, system <br />configuration services, system testing and verification services to Honeywell through its <br />subsidiary US Digital Designs. On December 17, 2024 (Item No. 56), your Board approved <br />the first amendment to the Honeywell contract to provide installation services for the System, <br />including the Fire Stations in the City of Pleasanton. <br />
