The Agenda for the March 18, 2025 City Council hearing indicates that the Council will “Review and provide initial input on applicant-proposed East Lakes Residential Development Project in East Pleasanton.”1 <br />East Bay Residents asks the Council to direct Staff to prepare a single <br />environmental impact report (“EIR”) for the Arroyo Lago and East Lakes <br />Projects, to address the new East Lakes Project description and significant <br />environmental, public health, noise, and cumulative impacts associated <br />with the City’s annexation and entitlement actions for the Projects. <br /> <br />1 City of Pleasanton, City Council Regular Meeting Agenda (March 18, 2025 7:00 PM).
