Public access through Lot 22 should be accomplished upon completion of all of the <br />following : (1) subdivision of Lot 22 , (2) completion of the community park trail , and <br />(3) acquisition of connecting trail links to the south needed to complete a loop trail <br />system . <br />6. Lot 3 Trail <br />An asphalt paved EV A/trail is planned to connect a future cul-de-sac street on Lot 3 with <br />Montevino Drive . The trail connection will be used for pedestrians and bicyclists. <br />7. Nei2hborhood Trails <br />In conjunction with the above public trails , additional smaller public and private trails <br />should be planned on a project-by-project basis to connect individual developments to this <br />basic trail network, thus creating a well-integrated neighborhood system. <br />8. <br />Signage shall be posted along all public trails to provide clear direction, specify no <br />trespassing on private property, and require that pets be leashed. <br />72
