CITY ENGINEER SIGNATURE BLOCK: The following signature block shall be <br />depicted on the first sheet of the plans submitted for construction: “Approval of these <br />plans is for work within the street right-of-way and public utility systems within Public <br />Services Easements unless otherwise noted. Approval of these plans does not release <br />the developer of the responsibility for the correction of mistakes, errors, or omissions <br />contained therein. If during the course of construction of the improvements public interest <br />requires a modification or a departure from the specification and details of the City of <br />Pleasanton or these plans, the City Engineer shall have the authority to require such <br />modification or departure and to specify the manner in which same is to be made. <br />Approved as to design only based upon information submitted hereon this [DAY] of <br />[MONTH], [YEAR]. Adam Nelkie, P.E., City Engineer, [DATE]” (Address this condition <br />prior to plan approval). <br /> <br />60. CLEAN WATER PROGRAM (LARGE PROJECTS): Because the project creates and/or <br />replaces more than 10,000 square feet (0.23 acres) of impervious surface, it is <br />considered a Regulated Project according to Provision C.3.b of the Municipal Regional <br />Stormwater NPDES Permit that regulates stormwater runoff in Alameda County. The <br />Alameda Countywide Clean Water Program developed a C.3 Guidance Manual to assist <br />applicants in addressing these regulations. The Guidance Manual is available for <br />download at: https://www.cleanwaterprogram.org/businesses/development.html. <br />Regulated projects must include stormwater treatment measures in the site design to <br />remove pollutants from stormwater upstream of any connection to the City’s or Alameda <br />County’s stormwater conveyance networks. In addition, regulated projects must be <br />subject to a Stormwater Treatment Measure Maintenance Agreement between the City <br />and property owner to assure long-term maintenance of the installed measures. The City <br />will provide a template agreement. Once executed, the agreement must be recorded <br />against the property. (Address this condition prior to plan approval). <br /> <br />61. GEOTECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommendations from the project’s <br />geotechnical investigation, as prepared by a California-licensed Geotechnical Engineer or <br />Certified Engineering Geologist, shall be incorporated into the design of the <br />improvements and/or explicitly noted on the plans. The author(s) of the geotechnical <br />investigation shall certify on the plans that the design complies with their <br />recommendations. During construction, the applicant must follow all recommendations. <br />(Address this condition prior to plan approval). <br /> <br />62. SUBDIVISION MAPS: The subdivision of land is governed by Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code Title 19, as well as the California Government Code §§66410-66499.85 <br />(Subdivision Map Act). All maps are subject to review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />Recordation of the subdivision map shall be coordinated by the applicant’s title company, <br />with one full-sized mylar copy of the recorded map returned to the City. <br /> <br />The following statement shall be included on the cover sheet of the map: “I, [INSERT <br />NAME], City Engineer of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />do hereby state that I have examined the herein embodied map entitled “[MAP <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 1C31F480-26DA-46E0-9342-FE27B8023A42
