Resolution No. PC-2025-03 <br />Page Three <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />the Land Use Element and Program 1.1 of the Housing Element in that the <br />amount of park and open space on the site will remain the same, while allowing <br />greater community input in the provision of the facilities. There is no change in <br />the allowable density of the site. Splitting the park/open space will m aintain a <br />landscape buffer that is in keeping with the development along Vineyard <br />Avenue, while providing park facilities adjacent to an existing walking and <br />bicycling trail on Old Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br />The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of Case No. P24-0720, <br />the application by Robin Miller for Trumark Homes for an applied General Plan <br />Amendment to the Housing Element and the Land Use Element to allow for the <br />required 3-acre park/open space on housing element Area 27 to be split into <br />more than one area of the within the approximately 10.64-acre site at 0 Vineyard <br />Avenue (APR 946-4619-1) shown in Attachment 1, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference; <br /> <br />Section 4: <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on January 22, 2025, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Mohan, Pace and Chair Morgan <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />RECUSED: <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Jain and Wedge <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________ ______________________________ <br />Melinda Denis Ken Morgan <br />Secretary, Planning Commission Chair <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Kimberly Cilley <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 9558053D-A597-48FA-9FE8-0869A03DF887
