Attachment 4: Co-Sponsored Organization Feedback Co-Sponsored Field Fees The NBS field rental fee cost analysis results and fee recommendations were emailed to each co-sponsored user group on October 28, 2024 (Exhibit A). Staff requested review and feedback by November 4, 2024. On Friday, November 1, 2024, staff called via telephone each co-sponsored organization to offer a direct line of communication for feedback and remind them of the review and feedback submittal date. Q: You mention below that among other things, tournament field fees will be in effect upon City Council approval, beginning January 2025. We appreciate the information and soliciting our feedback for regular use rates potentially going into effect July 1, but we have yet to see any fee proposals for tournament field fees potentially going into effect in less than 2 months; did we miss something? Will this information be shared with us? As we have discussed in the past, we hope that the economic impact of area hotels, restaurants and other business brought to our community via tournaments is a consideration in this rate scale. A: Thank you. Tournament fees are proposed at the same rate as regular field fees for league practices and games. Special tournament requests such as mow height will be charged at the full cost of service as discussed previously. 2. Q: You share below that rate increases for lighting will go into effect on July 1, annually. Is this the exact date for annual fee increases for fields as well when transitioning between FY 25/26, FY 26/27, etc.?
