The library’s sensor is set at Privacy Level Two <br />(the highest level of privacy). If there are sensor issues, SenSource needs <br />to temporarily adjust to Privacy Level Zero to troubleshoot, and once the <br />issue is resolved, they adjust back to Level Two.
