BUILDING USEAGE <br />The proposed preschool at 6663 Owns Drive will provide the following space usage: <br />Lobby for reception and registration <br />Six daycare rooms <br />Restrooms for children <br />Restrooms for adults <br />Offices <br />Break room <br />Indoor play area, reading area and book stack area <br />Outdoor playground <br /> <br /> <br />3. PRESCHOOL CAPACITIES <br />The preschool is requesting a maximum capacity of 93 children of 18 months to 5 years of age with <br />the following breakdown: <br /> Children between 18 and 24 month = 15 <br /> Children between 2 and 5 years = 78 <br />Total capacity = 93 <br /> <br /> <br />4. PRESCHOOL HOURS OF OPERATION <br />The preschool will operate Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The preschool will offer the <br />following programs. The drop-off times for these programs will vary between 7:30AM and 9:30AM <br /> School-day program (7:30AM – 03:00PM): Pick-up time – 03:00PM <br /> Full-day program (08:30AM – 06:30PM): Pick-up time – 06:15PM to 06:30PM <br /> Half-day program (09:30AM – 12:00 Noon): Pick-up time – 12:00 Noon <br />Each program is expected to have one-third of the full capacity of children, i.e. 31 children <br />The staggered pick-up and drop-off times will make a minimum impact on parking and traffic. <br />
