TASK 4 – DRAFT AND FINAL REPORT TJKM will prepare a draft TIS report consistent with the City of Pleasanton standards that summarizes analysis findings and recommendations for City review and feedback. TJKM assumes one round of City review comments for all reports. TJKM will prepare final TIA report incorporating all comments received from the City staff. INITIAL FEE AND SCHEDULE Based on our estimated level of effort for the above Scope of Work, the not-to-exceed cost is $14,141.00 TJKM will bill on a time and materials basis. Table 1 below illustrates the cost breakdown for the project. TJKM will provide the data needs/request form to the City within 3 business days of proposal approval/authorization to proceed. Although this scope of work has been defined specifically for this project, it is possible that changes may need to be made to the scope in the future. Any items not expressly mentioned in the above scope will be considered extra services and will be billed at our standard billing rates. Typical extra service items include: additional intersection counts, additional fieldwork, changes to the project proposal land use mix, project meetings, and attendance at any public hearings not specified in this scope of work.
