The anticipated operation-related supply delivery is proposed to fall occur <br />between Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. <br />Our scope of work is based on our working knowledge of the area, and our experience with similar traffic studies in the City of Pleasanton. Based on our preliminary understanding, TJKM proposes the following <br />Scope of Work. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />TASK 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />The TJKM will be responsible for project management activities throughout the life of the contract. The scope of activities for this project includes but is not limited to, coordinating and being responsible for <br />scheduling meetings, managing the project schedule, preparing and distributing minutes, field reviews, tracking action items for the City. The TJKM will schedule, facilitate, coordinate, and attend all identified project meetings with the City’s representatives to be held at the City of Pleasanton, by teleconference, or <br />at the project site, if needed. <br />Upon receiving Notice to Proceed, TJKM will review all base data provided by the City and prepare for the kick-off meeting with the City. TJKM will schedule this meeting within one week of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In this meeting, TJKM will assure to have complete understanding of the scope of the Project and relevant milestones. Following topics will be discussed during the meeting. <br />• Review and discuss the scope of work (tasks, deliverables, meetings, etc.) <br />• Review and discuss the schedule (updates, critical path items, Subconsultant work, etc.) <br />• Discuss data requests and delivery methods <br />• Visit the project site and assess existing conditions <br />TASK 2 – DATA NEEDS <br />TJKM will be responsible for collecting all data necessary to conduct this transportation impact analysis for the project. We will request from the City the following data which is available for use: <br />1. Weekday PM Peak Hour Intersection Counts <br />a. Auto, pedestrian, and bike counts in 15-minute intervals for all study intersections. TJKM will request data to be provided in PDF as well as in Microsoft Excel format. <br />2. Signal Timing Sheets and Phasing Diagrams <br />3. Synchro network Files (if available) <br />4. Historical Average Daily Traffic Data (if available) <br />TJKM will collect any data not provided by the City as listed above. During the TIS process, if it becomes apparent that the scope needs to be expanded including but not limited to intersections, segments, or <br />additional access considerations, the City may do so.
