Public Works 4.Accept Public Improvements performed by Villalobos & Associates, Inc. for the Annual Curb and Gutter for Street Resurfacing Project, CIP No. 24509 and approve a budget amendment to return $21,412 to the Gas Tax Fund Recommendation: 1.Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2.Authorize release of the retention in the amount of $39,396 to Villalobos & Associates, Inc., 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 3.Approve a budget amendment to return the project’s unused balance of $21,412 to the Gas Tax fund balance (Fund 160). 5.Accept public improvements performed by Golden State Construction & Utility, Inc., approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Alta Archaeological Consulting LLC for the Annual Sewer Collection System Improvements Project, CIP No. 24278, and approve a budget amendment in the Sewer Replacement Fund Recommendation: 1.Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2.Authorize release of the retention in the amount of $35,795 to Golden State Construction & Utility, Inc. 30 days after recordation of the Notice of Completion. 3.Approve a budget amendment to return the project’s balance of $754,426 to the fund balance in the Sewer Replacement Fund (Fund 431). 4.Approve an amendment with Alta Archaeological Consulting LLC, extending the term through September 30, 2024, and increasing the total contract amount to $24,345, an increase of $7,545 from the initial $16,800. 6.Approve a professional services agreement with SCI Consulting Group, Inc. in the Page 9 of 658
