That the City Clerk be directed and authorized to record a Certificate of <br /> Tentative Cancellation for the property. <br /> <br />That within one year of the date of the recordation of the Certificate of <br />Tentative Cancellation, the cancellation fee set by the County Tax Assessor <br />shall be paid or a Final Certificate of Cancellation issued.
