City of Pleasanton | Cross-ConnectionControlPlan Project No. PWD 24.202 | September 4,2024 13 <br />05 FEE SCHEDULE BASED ON <br />IDENTIFIED TASKS <br />West Yost proposed fee schedule and Billing Rate Schedule are provided on the following pages. As <br />requested in the RFP Agreement, Section 3 Terms, West Yost’s Billing Rate Schedule is a blended rate <br />schedule that will remain firm during the initial term of the Agreement which is December 31, 2026. <br />Our fee proposal includes a detailed labor-hour estimate to perform the tasks and subtasks described in <br />our Scope of Services. Please note the following: <br />ƒTask 3: Hazard Assessments:The number of site hazard assessments required is currently unknown. <br />Our fee proposal includes a lump sum fee for conducting one (1) hazard assessment for a parcel. <br />Once the total number of assessments is determined, a budget augmentation will be necessary. The <br />updated budget will be calculated based on the number of assessments multiplied by the lump sum <br />fee. <br />ƒTask 4: As-Needed Services.A specific scope and fee will be prepared and submitted to the City <br />when an additional task is requested by the City. <br />ƒMileage Charges:Mileage charges will be calculated from and to our local Pleasanton office. <br />ƒTime and Materials Basis:All work by West Yost on Tasks 1, 2, 4, and 5 will be performed on a time <br />and materials “not-to-exceed” basis for the agreed negotiated price. West Yost agrees that no <br />additional compensation will be received beyond the total amount negotiated for the scope of work <br />unless changes are mutually approved in advance and signed by the City and West Yost. <br />ƒContingency Fee:A 20% contingency amount is included at this time in the fee schedule. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A449BB28-7A6A-4FA5-96EA-B9D2D5B83889
