City of Pleasanton | Cross-ConnectionControlPlan Project No. PWD 24.202 | September 4,2024 8 <br />Task 4 Assumptions <br />x When an additional task is requested by the City, West Yost will provide the City a scope and budget <br />to perform the additional as-needed task. <br />x Workshops and technical support will be invoiced on an hourly basis based on West Yost’s provided <br />rate schedule. Mileage charges will be calculated from and to our local Pleasanton office. <br />Task 5. Project Management <br />Project management includes general management activities that are not specific to any one task, <br />including overall project management; coordination of activities and communication with City staff; <br />quality control and quality assurance activities; and invoicing. <br />This task includes monthly meetings between the Project Manager and the City, either at the City office <br />or by video conferencing, to discuss overall Project status, potential delays, and budget status. <br />Task 5 Deliverables <br />West Yost will provide monthly invoices. <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Docusign Envelope ID: A449BB28-7A6A-4FA5-96EA-B9D2D5B83889
