<br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />the document and would review and incorporate the analysis, as appropriate, into the Amended <br />Modified IS Checklist. <br /> <br />Depending on the City’s preference, Raney is also amenable to preparing a memorandum instead <br />of an Amended Modified IS Checklist in order to evaluate Site Plan 2. The memorandum would <br />include a comparative analysis of Site Plans 1 and 2 to determine if the conclusions of the <br />environmental analysis included in the Modified IS Checklist for Site Plan 1 are applicable to Site <br />Plan 2. The cost to prepare the memorandum would be similar to that of the Amended Modified <br />IS Checklist. <br /> <br />Raney will provide the following deliverables: <br />• One electronic copy of the Draft Amended Modified IS Checklist to the City for review; <br />• Revise the Draft Amended Modified IS Checklist, based on City comments; and <br />• Submit one electronic version of the Final Amended Modified IS Checklist to the City. <br /> <br />Task 7 Project Management and Meetings <br />The objective of this task is to ensure extensive coordination with City staff throughout the <br />processing of the environmental document. Raney assumes attendance at up to one in-person <br />public hearing will be required. Attendance at additional public hearings or meetings could easily <br />be accommodated upon request and would be billed on a time-and-materials basis following <br />Raney’s standard billing rates. <br /> <br />Raney will complete the following deliverables: <br />• Project Management by Vice President, Nick Pappani, serving as Project Director and <br />Division Manager/Air Quality Specialist, Angela DaRosa, serving as Project Manager; <br />• Project support from President, Tim Raney, AICP; Senior Vice President, Cindy Gnos, <br />AICP; Vice President/Air Quality Specialist, Rod Stinson; and Associate/administrative <br />staff; <br />• Regular phone and e-mail communication with City staff; <br />• Attendance at up to one in-person public hearing; and <br />• Meetings and hearings can easily be accommodated upon request and would be billed on <br />a time-and-materials basis following Raney’s standard billing rates. <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 99BECCF5-B739-4763-A2D8-10122FD4A4E4Docusign Envelope ID: F9A1471F-7DD3-4392-83DE-6F2CE7D125F4
