12 <br /> <br />• Slide must be ridden feet first; lying on your back to go faster, sitting position to go <br />slower <br />• Always keep arms and hands inside the flume <br />• At the end of the slide, obey the lifeguard and exit quickly. Do not block the end of <br />the slide <br />• No swimming or flotation devices are allowed in the splash-down area <br />• Patron's weight must not exceed 300 pounds. <br /> <br />DIVING SAFETY RULES: <br />• No double bouncing on the diving boards <br />• No jumping backwards, gainers, or spinning off the diving boards <br />• No life jackets shall be worn jumping off the diving boards <br />• One person at a time on diving boards; one person at a time on ladders <br />• Do not dive until diving area is clear and all persons have reached the side <br />• Swim to the nearest ladder at completion of dive; never swim under a diving board <br />• Dives/divers determined by staff to be unsafe may be denied use of the diving well <br />• Fulcrum should always be at its most forward position. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES: <br />To be fair and equitable in the application of Aquatic Center Pool Rules, once it has been <br />determined that any of the above rules have been violated by a participant, renter, or user group <br />(collectively "Persons"), the aquatics staff shall follow the following procedures: <br />I. In the event of a first time, minor infraction <br />Persons will be warned once and may be asked to leave if the unacceptable behavior <br />continues. Repeated or significant violations may result in suspension from aquatics privileges <br />and property, including being required to leave the aquatic center that day o r for multiple days <br />depending on the severity of the offense. <br />II. Dangerous, destructive, threatening conduct <br />Any Persons displaying dangerous, destructive, threatening conduct or behavior may have their <br />aquatics privileges suspended immediately and without warning, including being required to <br />leave the aquatic center and property. If the safety of the other parti cipants or staff is in <br />jeopardy, staff may immediately call the police. <br />III. Trespass <br />If Persons refuse to leave the aquatic center and property after being so directed by aquatics <br />staff, the Persons will be considered trespassing and may be removed by the police. <br />IV. Suspension <br />Violations of these rules, and any other illegal activity, may result in immediate removal from the <br />aquatic center and property, suspension of aquatics privileges and criminal prosecution or other <br />legal action. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 661F3B0B-CAA6-4E4F-94AF-0DD332936F6D
