<br />Task 4: Project Management and Meetings <br /> <br />Causey Consulting will be responsible for all project management and administration <br />working with the City designated project manager including agreement coordination, <br />insurance provisions, subconsultant agreements and legal compliance, monthly <br />invoicing and regular project status meetings by Zoom during the anticipated fifteen <br />(15) month project term. <br /> <br />Task 4 also includes a separate a meeting with the City’s legal office and other <br />designated staff to discuss policy issues regarding confidentiality of project documents <br />and to provide insight to risk and liability issues for the sanitary sewer program. These <br />discussions would include confidential discussions with Mr. Causey and Mr. Fischer <br />outlining areas of concern and program policies that have resulted from enforcement <br />and litigation from both the State and Regional Boards and environmental community <br />over the past several years. This effort would allow the City’s legal team to both <br />understand areas of potential risk and the methods that have been used to minimize <br />liability and proactively prepare for any potential enforcement and/or litigation. <br /> <br />Deliverables: Project agreement; Certificates of Insurance; subconsultant agreements; <br />monthly invoices; project meeting notes and action items. <br /> <br />Meetings: Monthly project meetings; attorney/client meeting <br /> <br />Task 5: Optional Services <br /> <br />This task includes an allowance for optional services related to the project such as <br />training. Prior to performing services under this task, consultant shall receive written <br />authorization from the City’s Project Manager. <br /> <br />City Project Responsibilities <br /> <br />The City shall remain responsible for the preparation of all non-consultant required <br />Council actions and activities and for all required State Water Resources Control Board <br />required reporting, certification and uploading of final documents and reports completed <br />to comply with the scope of services associated with the current project. City shall <br />provide final City Council adoption documents in time for incorporation into documents <br />that must be provided to the State. The City will also allow the project team access to <br />City staff and facilities to have a comprehensive understanding of both the old sewer <br />operation program and the new management philosophy for sewer operations. <br /> <br /> <br />Project Budget <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 8B9E7E61-45A5-452E-819C-8F7517D8038D
