Step 1 of that
feasibility analysis will include review of exploratory test drilling findings to assess
whether water yield and quality is suitable for the Project. Step 2 will include preparing a
basis of design report that includes recommended infrastructure improvements,
corresponding capital and O&M cost estimates, and implementation requirements and
schedule. The basis of design report will also evaluate and recommend future spacing
needs at Hopyard Treatment Facility in the event additional treatment technologies are
needed for future regulations. The City will assist by participating in the consultant
selection process, attending workshops, and providing technical input during the course of
the work. The City, at its discretion, may engage third party reviewers at its sole cost, to
review the technical work and support the City’s concurrence and approval of the
feasibility analysis.
- Zone 7 Deliverables:
x Draft and Final Consultant Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P)
x Draft and Final Consultant Agreement

- City Deliverables:
x Review comments to Draft Consultant RFQ/P
x Review comments to Draft Consultant Agreement

Docusign Envelope ID: C3AEBDB6-7475-485D-A080-E7CE2789D1B8
