Sequoia’s
project manager will oversee and coordinate the
project and project team. We will serve as the central
point of communication between the City and the
project team, though direct communication with the
project team is encouraged to expedite delivery of
sensitive information and materials. The project
management team will maintain strict data
management procedures to ensure that data are
collected, compiled, reported, and archived properly,
and will employ quality control measures.
Finally, the project manager will be responsible for
ensuring the project tasks do not exceed the budget
and will be responsible for the submittal of invoices in
a timely manner. After the contract is awarded,
Sequoia will organize both a virtual and in-field team
meeting to kick off the project and ensure that the
project’s goals will be met within the timeframe
provided.
