Project Coordination: Meeting <br />with the City of Pleasanton, <br />Agencies, and Stakeholders <br />Project Coordination <br />Sequoia Ecological Consulting, Inc. (Sequoia) will <br />provide project management and coordination to <br />ensure timely and efficient work activities, guidance, <br />and deliverables are provided to the City. Sequoia’s <br />project manager will oversee and coordinate the <br />project and project team. We will serve as the central <br />point of communication between the City and the <br />project team, though direct communication with the <br />project team is encouraged to expedite delivery of <br />sensitive information and materials. The project <br />management team will maintain strict data <br />management procedures to ensure that data are <br />collected, compiled, reported, and archived properly, <br />and will employ quality control measures. <br />Finally, the project manager will be responsible for <br />ensuring the project tasks do not exceed the budget <br />and will be responsible for the submittal of invoices in <br />a timely manner. The project manager will track work <br />in real time using our project management software <br />to maintain project controls and ensure we are on <br />track to meet project goals. This task also includes <br />coordination efforts, such as communications and <br />meetings with agencies, project stakeholders, <br />scheduling field work, managing subcontractors or <br />other miscellaneous tasks requiring Senior biological <br />review. <br />Kickoff and Meetings <br />Sequoia’s project managers and technical specialists <br />will attend all necessary meetings with the City and <br />project stakeholders to ensure that project needs are <br />met in a timely manner. After the contract is awarded, <br />Sequoia will organize both a virtual and in-field team <br />meeting to kick off the project and ensure that the <br />project’s goals will be met within the timeframe <br />provided.
