If it is determined that a subsequent Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) or other environmental compliance document is the appropriate CEQA document, Sequoia will work with the City of Pleasanton to develop the appropriate scope of work for future documentation, and can submit a change order at that time. The Draft Addendum document will be comprised of the following sections: Overview. This section will provide an overview of the environmental review and approval required for the proposed project. Purpose of the Addendum. This section will discuss CEQA compliance and background and history. It will summarize impacts and mitigation measures that were previously identified, as well as the criteria that must be met to qualify as an Addendum to the CalVTP PEIR. Project Description. This details the project location and project description and key differences between the project as evaluated under the PEIR and under present conditions. Environmental Analysis. This section will provide an analysis of the potential environmental consequences anticipated to occur as a result of implementation of the proposed changes to the project using the CalVTP PEIR Environmental Checklist. The Environmental Analysis will provide written responses to each question on the Environmental Checklist that: 1. Summarize the conclusions of the CalVTP PEIR; 2. Identify any previous mitigation measures that are applicable to the amended project; and 3. Provide findings to indicate the amended project is compliant with CEQA Guidelines Section 15164 to qualify for an Addendum. We will prepare a list of proposed minor modifications, where appropriate, for PEIR mitigation measures. This scope does not include errata for republication of the original Draft or Final EIR. Once the Draft Addendum is completed, the team will develop a compiled draft of the document for the City of Pleasanton’s review. Deliverables  Draft Addendum and Appendices in Microsoft Word and PDF.  Reconnaissance survey of the project area, and sensitive habitat will be mapped, and GIS layers provided to the City of Pleasanton, as well as digital maps created by Sequoia. The field effort has been included in the cost estimate.  Draft PSA and Addendum in Microsoft Word and PDF Format.  Costs for the botanical report have not been included in this task. Final PSA and Addendum Final PSA After receiving the City of Pleasanton’s comments on the Draft PSA and making the appropriate changes, Sequoia will prepare a proofcheck version of the PSA for the City’s consideration. We assume that the proofcheck version will adequately address any substantive comments and that the comments on the proofcheck version will be limited to edits and clarifications of final points. We will address such final edits/ clarifications and prepare a final version of the PSA for the City’s files. Deliverables  Proofcheck PSA in Microsoft Word and PDF Format.  Final PSA in Microsoft Word and PDF Format. Final Addendum The team will respond to a review of the Draft Addendum by the City of Pleasanton and will prepare the Final Addendum.
