Our offices are staffed for 10 hours weekdays, and we can be reached via our toll-free phone <br />number, fax, or email at any time during the business day and nights/weekends for <br />emergencies. <br />13. Water purveyor staff will have full online access to all tester, backflow, customer, customer <br />and/or tester notes, reports, and more through your unique and secure Utility Dashboard. <br />Sample reports may include: Tests Due, Tests Past Due, New Assemblies Entered, Letters <br />Sent, and other reports requested from our database. <br /> <br />14. All data received on behalf of the water purveyor or directly from the water purveyor remains <br />the property of the water purveyor. Backflow information is kept in strict confidence and is <br />not distributed to anyone without express written consent of the water purveyor. Upon <br />completion of the contract all files (paper and electronic) will be returned to the water <br />purveyor. <br /> <br />15. Informational and/or tracking websites maintained by Aqua Backflow include: <br />www.AquaBackflow.com, www.TrackMyBackflow.com, and www.BackflowCases.com. <br /> <br /> <br />Associated Costs: <br /> <br />1) We will and always have charged only $9.95 per online backflow test submission. <br />2) Per our Pleasanton agreement, we charge $60 per online backflow test submission <br />3) $60 - $9.95 = $50.05 of revenue for Pleasanton <br />4) 3.5% credit card processing fee for $50.05 = $1.76 <br />5) $50.05 - $1.76 = $49.29 total online per test submission revenue for Pleasanton <br />6) Revenue checks are mailed to Pleasanton monthly, for all previous month’s submitted tests. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: C28A2C39-714E-400A-AFC0-5A2400EC31E6
