14 <br />TASK 7 DELIVERABLE(S): <br />• Bid document revisions as needed <br />• Addenda to bid document as needed <br />• Conformed Set <br />• All deliverables to be submitted electronically in .pdf format unless otherwise noted <br />Project Assumptions <br />This scope of services is based on the following assumptions: <br />• The project will be advertised, awarded, and administered by the City and the City will coordinate <br />reproductions of the bid package. <br />• This scope does not include an RE file. <br />• City will lead the effort to identify pavement section dig out and reconstruction areas to be shown on <br />the plans. <br />• Roadway pavement will be reconstructed based on recommendations included in the 'Geotechnical <br />Pavement Investigation 2022 West Las Positas Boulevard', dated June 6, 2022, by BSK Associates. No <br />effort is included in this scope of work to support development of new pavement sections or mix <br />designs. <br />• Geotechnical services during construction will be provided by the City. <br />• The City will lead the effort and will provide rights of entry to private property. The City will obtain and <br />provide encroachment permits, at no fee, for work within public right of way. <br />• A Record of Survey is not included in this scope of work. <br />• Preparation of Plats and Legal Descriptions to support property acquisition and appraisals are not <br />included in this scope <br />• Preparation of As-Built Drawings is not included in this scope of work. <br />• Optional design services by Fehr & Peers, not included in this scope of service, but that may be <br />completed for an additional fee to be negotiated prior to beginning work include the following: <br />o Corridor Lighting Analysis and addition of new lighting standards <br />o Signal Interconnect & Communication Plans <br />o Temporary Signal Plans for Construction Staging <br /> <br />MILESTONE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Milestone Estimated Completion <br />NTP for Final Design May 2024 <br />Supplemental Surveys June 2024 <br />Potholing Utilities August 2024 <br />65% PS&E August 2024 <br />95% PS&E December 2024 <br />100% PS&E January 2025 <br />Bid Plans and Specifications March 2025 <br />ROW & Utilities Certification April 2025 <br />CTC Authorization June 2025 <br />Advertise and Award July 2025 to August 2025 <br />Start of Construction October 2025 <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: CFB4D269-E371-4DA6-B769-59DDBD4C7856Docusign Envelope ID: B363250F-E21F-4652-B170-E77C9043D4FB
