3 • Work with GHD & City Staff to establish Security Levels and Admin Rights to pass the responsibility back over to the City – need to identify who are the “Super Users”. This includes the City assuming the following responsibilities: o Screen customizations o User Management o Portal and Work Request Maintenance o Creating and Maintaining Queries o Reports and KPI Dashboard (in collaboration with MaintStar) o Support, bugs, enhancement requests (in collaboration with MaintStar) o Alignment of MaintStar with business processes • Implement Project Tracking Module • Implement Asset Management and Life Cycle Module PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND TRAINING COSTS • Online Option: 5 days online $7500 no more than 20 participants per session. A day of training is considered 8 hours, in any combination of training. For example, 2 x 4 hour sessions, or 4 x 2 hour sessions, etc. • Onsite Option: 5 days onsite $15000, which includes all travel expenses. No more than 15 participants per session. A day of training is considered 8 hours, in any combination of training. For example, 2 x 4 hour sessions, or 4 x 2 hour sessions, etc. KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR) DASHBOARD - OPTIONAL A KPI dashboard displays key performance indicators in interactive charts and graphs, allowing for quick, organized review and analysis. MaintStar offers a fixed standard “Technicians Dashboard” and a licensed built- in KPI dashboard that is completely customizable and serves as a visual compliment to the Query and Reports module.
