1 <br />EXHIBIT C.1 <br />Schedule of Training and Professional Services <br /> <br />END USER AND ADMIN TRAINING <br />Forty (40) hours of training can be provided via online sessions, in person, or a combination of both. <br />SUMMARY OF ONLINE TRAINING <br />• Conducted via Microsoft Teams <br />• Sessions will be recorded <br />• Time will be allotted for questions/answers <br />• No more than 20 attendees per session <br />• It is recommended that attendees connect 30 minutes prior to formal start time to allow for <br />camera/microphone troubleshooting <br />• Unless otherwise required, each training session should not exceed 4 hours in length <br />• Breaks will be at the City’s direction <br />• Time will be allotted for questions <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ONSITE TRAINING <br />• Training is typically performed in conference or large rooms <br />• MaintStar trainer will use their own computer <br />• Request a suitable TV Screen and/or projector with an HDMI connection <br />• It is ideal if the City can provide internet, but it is not required <br />• In order to accommodate remote connections, Microsoft Teams will be used and sessions will be <br />recorded <br />• Unless otherwise required, each training session should not exceed 4 hours in length <br />• Ideally there should be no more than 15 attendees as the in person training sessions are usually more <br />interactive <br />• Breaks will be at the City’s direction <br />• Time will be allotted for questions <br /> <br />END USER NEW/REFRESHER TRAINING (3-4 hours) <br />• Accessing the system <br />• Navigating Menu items <br />• Reviewing Work Orders <br />• Setting Filters <br />• Mapping and GIS <br />• Mobile Work Orders <br />• Time Entry <br />• Adding Inventory/Parts <br />• Attachments <br />• Reviewing Work Order History <br />• Work Request <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 27272614-F5F7-4537-B331-F9B70C9702A2
