EXHIBIT A FY 2024/25 – RATE SHEET “UTILITIES – WATER, SEWER, & STORM MAINTENANCE <br />& EMERGENCY REPAIRS <br />“PROCESS CONTROL – INSTRUMENTATION/TELEMETRY/SCADA” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The City is requesting an experienced licensed electrical contractor to perform routine and emergency <br />instrumentation, telemetry, and SCADA services for the Utilities Division. This work would be performed <br />at any of the City’s water, recycled water, sewer or stormwater facilities located throughout the City. <br />All contractors’ employees shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations governing <br />the installation and testing of electrical equipment and components. All contractors’ employees shall <br />comply with all OSHA and City policies regarding the proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures. <br />The following outline provides a scope of work for the City’s expectations regarding “as needed” <br />instrumentation, telemetry, and SCADA work for Utilities Division: <br />1.Provide troubleshooting, repair, material procurement, and installation services at all water, <br />recycled water, sewer, and storm facilities as directed by City. <br />2.Provide emergency services on 24 hour / 7 days a week call out basis for these same facilities. <br />3.Services may include, but are not limited to: <br />a.Field instrumentation and control systems support including instrument calibration, field <br />documentation, and system engineering <br />b. PLC programming support <br />c.Radio/Telemetry support <br />d. SCADA/Wonderware platform support <br />e.Networking and cyber security support for Utilities Division network infrastructure <br />f.When required, services to be coordinated with the City’s Information Technology <br />Department <br />Special Note: Contractor may submit additional information and expand the services than what is listed <br />from above. <br />RATE SHEET <br />The cost quoted below shall include all taxes and all other charges, including travel expenses, and is the <br />cost the City will pay for the term of any contract that is a result of this bid. <br />Bidder hereby certifies to City that all representations, certifications, and statements made by Bidder, as <br />set forth in this Bid Form and attachments are true and correct and are made under penalty of perjury <br />pursuant to the laws of California. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 8D73C817-B976-4503-A53A-E50DC849BFA7
