City Council Minutes Page 4 of 6 May 21, 2024 <br />Utilities, Streets, Parks, Fleet, and Environmental Services Divisions for General <br />Maintenance Infrastructure Repairs <br />Recommendation: Approve the recommended three-year as-needed agreements <br />for the six Public Works divisions. <br />12.Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer’s reports for Landscape Maintenance <br />Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), <br />1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the City’s intention <br />to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the Districts; and <br />setting June 18, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. as the date and time for the public hearing <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution Nos. 2024-030, 2024-031, 2024-032, 2024- <br />033, 2024-034 approving the Engineer’s reports for Landscape Maintenance <br />Districts 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), <br />1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the City’s intention <br />to assess the properties for the cost to operate and maintain the Districts; and <br />setting June 18, 2024, at 7 p.m. as the date and time for the public hearing, and <br />authorize the City Clerk to advertise a Notice of Annual Hearing (Cal.
