City Council Minutes Page 5 of 6 March 19, 2024 <br />Consulting for the bi-annual evaluation/reclassification of Street Surfaces Project, <br />CIP No. 21521. <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />12.Presentation of a proclamation recognizing March as American Red Cross month <br />Councilmember Arkin presented the proclamation recognizing March as American <br />Red Cross month to recipient Varsha Clare. <br />13.Presentation of a proclamation recognizing March 22 as the Annual March for <br />Meals Month <br />Councilmember Arkin presented a proclamation recognizing the 22nd Annual <br />March for Meals Month to recipient Kerry Olds. <br />14.Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda – Speakers are limited to <br />3 minutes. <br />Mayor Brown opened public comment.
