Description of Project <br />Foothill Boulevard Holding Company, LLC, seeks to implement the City’s <br />approved 6th Cycle Housing Element Update (Housing Element Update) <br />by developing a senior housing project consisting of 110 new residential <br />units (92 age-restricted single-family homes and 18 deed-restricted <br />affordable detached homes and duets) and maintaining one of two <br />existing homes. <br />The proposed project would result in the demolition of one existing <br />residence; the second existing residence would be retained along with <br />two non-habitable outbuildings (a barn and a workshop). The proposed <br />project would include recreational facilities such as a recreation center <br />and mini park with exercise equipment and a trail connection to Trail H of <br />the Marilyn Murphy Kane Trail Northwestern Connection. The project site <br />would be annexed into the City of Pleasanton and has recently been <br />zoned as Pre-zoned PUD-LDR/HOZ Districts. <br />Requested Permits/Approvals <br />• Approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan (City <br />of Pleasanton). <br />• Vesting Tentative and Final Maps (City of Pleasanton). <br />• Affordable Housing Agreement (City of Pleasanton). <br />• Pre-annexation and Development Agreement (City of Pleasanton). <br />• Review of Tree Removal pursuant to Municipal Code Section 17.16.050 <br />(City of Pleasanton). <br />• Demolition, grading, and building permits, certificates of occupancy, <br />and encroachment permits for on-site and off-site work (City of <br />Pleasanton). <br />• Annexation (City of Pleasanton and Alameda County Local Agency <br />Formation Commission [LAFCo]). <br />• The project applicant may also seek permits relating to wetlands, waters <br />of the United States or State, streambed alteration, and biological <br />resources as necessary. <br />
