Liberalization <br /> <br /> SECTION IV – COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS is amended to include the <br /> following condition: <br /> <br /> Liberalization <br /> <br /> If we revise this endorsement to provide more coverage without additional premium charge, we will <br /> automatically provide the additional coverage to all endorsement holders as of the day the revision is <br /> effective in your state. <br /> <br />I. Bodily Injury – Mental Anguish <br /> <br /> SECTION V – DEFINITIONS, Paragraph 3. is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> <br /> “Bodily injury”: <br /> <br /> a. Means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, and includes mental anguish <br /> resulting from any of these; and <br /> <br /> b.
