<br />of purchases due to their shortest lead time in instances of
<br />emergency repairs to support Repair and Replacement (R&R),
<br />City's water, sewer, and storm drain system.
<br />4 Hach Company Public Works 175,000$ Water quality laboratory testing
<br />supplies and equipment
<br />One of four vendors (Hach Co., Fisher Scientific, Idexx
<br />Distributions, and EMD Millipore) that provides testing standards
<br />and chemicals required by California Environmental Laboratory
<br />Accreditation Program (ELAP), repair parts and updates to existing
<br />analyzers and other miscellaneous laboratory equipment/tools.
<br />5 Valley Oil Company Public Works 800,000$ Unleaded and Diesel fuel Sole Source for FY2024/25, Prime supplier for more than 25 years
<br />with established emergency agreement that allows a reliable fuel
<br />supply in the event of an emergency. Due to the familiarity of City
<br />Infrastructure, Valley Oil, Co. has outstanding safety records and
<br />specifically equipped rigs that allow servicing City's outlying above-
<br />ground fuel tanks.

<br />the City's Rain Master Irrigation controllers and weather station.
<br />Rain Master is the City's standard system for irrigation controllers
<br />in park sites.

<br />with Enterprise vehicle. Conversion out of Enterprise Fleet would
<br />be a financial burden with great time and resources needed.

<br />Sole Source for FY2024/25, The chemical tanks in the pump room
<br />were supplied and owned by Univar, which is Lincoln Aquatica'
<br />agent. The City is obligated to only have them filled by Lincoln
<br />Aquatics.

<br />Sole Source for FY2024/25, Tyler Technologies provides the
<br />proprietary software program and existing maintenance and
<br />support agreement.
