identified during FY 2024/25, the requesting department will bring those to the City Council for
approval. Staff recommends approval of the RPOAs listed in Attachment 1.

EQUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
Not applicable, as this item is a routine administrative matter of City business.

OUTREACH
No outreach was conducted, as this item is a routine administrative matter of City business.

STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT
Not applicable, as this item is a routine administrative matter.

FISCAL IMPACT
No significant fiscal impact results from this action, as these purchase orders are for budgeted
items included in the FY 2024/25 Operating Budget. Most of the RPOAs included in this report
are for purchasing or procurement of services or supplies on an as-needed basis. It is
anticipated for many of these RPOAs, actual spending will be less than the not-to-exceed
amounts. As such, staff may encumber amounts less than the maximum amount indicated in
the RPOAs depending on anticipated requirements for goods and services from each vendor.
Staff recognizes that these RPOAs encumber funds at a time when the City is implementing
cost reductions and related cost containment strategies. At the same time, these contracts
support the operations and delivery of ongoing programs and services for the entire CIty
organization. With that, staff intends to utilize these contracts for necessary and essential
tasks.

Prepared by: Submitted by: Approved by:

Dawn DeMarcus, Senior
Budget and Finance Analyst
Susan Hsieh, Director of Finance

Gerry Beaudin, City
Manager

Attachments:
1.
