RAFTELIS 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />The total fixed fee to complete the scope of work outlined in this proposal is $28,800 which includes all professional fees <br />and expenses. Prepare Strategic Plan Document $6,745 <br />Total Cost $28,800 <br /> <br />While this is a fixed fee project and we will not be charging hourly rates, for the City’s information our 2024 standard <br />hourly rates are as follow: <br /> <br />• Executive Vice President $400 <br />• Vice President $360 <br />• Senior Manager $320 <br />• Recruiter $295 <br />• Principal/Senior Advisor $295 <br />• Manager $285 <br />• Senior Consultant $250 <br />• Executive Coach $250 <br />• Consultant $220 <br />• Creative Director $220 <br />• Associate Consultant $185 <br />• Graphic Designer $160 <br />• Analyst $135 <br />• Administration $100 <br />To hold the date, a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 (paid to Raftelis Financial Consultants) will be invoiced upon <br />signing of the agreement.
