Public Comment <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt the attached resolution <br />recommending approval of PUD-18-07M to the City Council, based on the required <br />findings and subject to the draft Conditions of Approval listed in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />The applicant proposes to subdivide the parcel into two parcels measuring <br />approximately 44,237 square feet and approximately 17,123 square feet, respectively, <br />and construct an approximately 2,288-square-foot one- and two-story addition to the <br />existing residence on Lot 1. The Planning Commission may recommend approval, <br />approval with conditions, or denial of the application to the City Council. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The subject site is a part of PUD-18, a development by Ponderosa Homes that was <br />approved on August 20, 2002 by City Council Ordinance 1866.
