Resolution No. 2024-041 <br />Page 3 <br />guard to check the pedestrian's proof of access prior to the pedestrian being granted <br />entry to the park. <br />8. Notwithstanding Sections 3, 4, and 5 above, horse trailers transporting a maximum of <br />three horses per trailer will be permitted. At the discretion of the guard on duty, horse <br />trailers seeking entry into the park may be denied access if capacity becomes a concern <br />based on the number of horse trailers already granted access for that day and time. <br />9. City staff shall notify Golden Eagle HOA of any City events or City camps planned to be <br />held at the park within 30 days of the City's knowledge of such an event, or as soon as <br />reasonably possible, whichever is earliest. <br />10. Matters involving traffic enforcement shall be referred to the City of Pleasanton Police <br />Department. <br />11. In the event the parking lot reaches maximum capacity, Golden Eagle HOA shall have <br />the authority to close the parking area to additional vehicles and deny access of <br />additional vehicles until parking becomes available. Golden Eagle HOA shall notify the <br />City prior to such a closure. <br />12. The City of Pleasanton shall post signage at the entrance gate announcing hours of <br />operation. <br />13. The City of Pleasanton shall post information on the City website that will contain the <br />following information: <br />a. Hours of operation; <br />b. Access for requirements for Residents and Non -Residents; <br />c. Map with route from gate entrance to the park; and <br />d. Information and guidelines regarding park rules including, but not limited to, <br />speed limits for both vehicles and bicycles. <br />14. Cooperating public agencies and City staff shall be required to provide their staff <br />identification card or arrive in a marked agency vehicle to gain access to the park. <br />15. In the event of hazardous conditions, including but not limited to fires, flooding, and <br />landslides; Augustin Bernal Park shall be subject to closure. The City of Pleasanton staff <br />will notify Golden Eagle HOA of any trail closures and post closure information on the <br />City website. <br />16. Golden Eagle Estates Staff will record the following information for each visitor to the <br />park: <br />a. Name of the visitor requesting entry; and <br />b. Make/Model and License Plate from each vehicle. <br />i. The information will be kept in Golden Eagle guard office until it is <br />transferred to the City for archiving. <br />
