Notwithstanding Sections 3, 4, and 5 above, horse trailers transporting a maximum of three horses per trailer will be permitted. At the discretion of the guard on duty, horse trailers seeking entry into the park may be denied access if capacity becomes a concern based on the number of horse trailers already granted access for that day and time. 9. City staff shall notify Golden Eagle HOA of any City events or City camps planned to be held at the park within 30 days of the City's knowledge of such an event, or as soon as reasonably possible, whichever is earliest. 10. Matters involving traffic enforcement shall be referred to the City of Pleasanton Police Department. 11. In the event the parking lot reaches maximum capacity, Golden Eagle HOA shall have the authority to close the parking area to additional vehicles and deny access of additional vehicles until parking becomes available. Golden Eagle HOA shall notify the City prior to such a closure. 12. The City of Pleasanton shall post signage at the entrance gate announcing hours of operation. 13. The City of Pleasanton shall post information on the City website that will contain the following information: a. Hours of operation; b. Access for requirements for Residents and Non -Residents; c. Map with route from gate entrance to the park; and d. Information and guidelines regarding park rules including, but not limited to, speed limits for both vehicles and bicycles. 14. Cooperating public agencies and City staff shall be required to provide their staff identification card or arrive in a marked agency vehicle to gain access to the park. 15. In the event of hazardous conditions, including but not limited to fires, flooding, and landslides; Augustin Bernal Park shall be subject to closure. The City of Pleasanton staff will notify Golden Eagle HOA of any trail closures and post closure information on the City website. 16. Golden Eagle Estates Staff will record the following information for each visitor to the park: a. Name of the visitor requesting entry; and b. Make/Model and License Plate from each vehicle. i. The information will be kept in Golden Eagle guard office until it is transferred to the City for archiving.
